White House Estate

Pleasantly located on the shores of Lake Geneva, the 6 hectare estate is mainly planted with this typically Swiss grape variety, Chasselas. The result of reasoned cultivation and severe harvest limitations, it is aged in wooden vases with the purest respect for tradition, thus preserving its typicality and its terroir character.
Some specialties are prepared with care and passion by the owners, in confidential quantities.

In the cellar, careful aging protects the wines from oxidation, which allows them to  reduce the use of sulphites. They intervene as little as possible on their wines.
Their vinifications are simple and precise.
Their know-how allows them to produce generous wines, reflecting their terroirs.

The culture of the vineyard combines tradition and progress; tradition through manual harvesting or consulting the lunar seasons, and progress through the application of cultivation methods ever more in harmony with nature.
