Family estate of 11 ha., Located between Lausanne and Geneva, cultivated organically (bud) since 1994. A dozen different wines are produced there. The cellar combines tradition and innovation, between stainless steel and oak barrels.
Very young, having been sensitized to respect for nature, animals and people, my path was clear and organic culture logically resulted. Having to constantly deal with nature, this cultivation system is fascinating, combining old ways of doing things and cutting-edge technology. It forces me to constantly seek the best balance. Contrary to what one might think, organic cultivation is a cutting-edge technique which requires excellent knowledge with regard to the most varied subjects.
With the desire to one day pass the estate on to my sons if they so wish, organic farming is also the best possible way to give a land with a future.
